A lovely review from Fresh Fiction!!

http://freshfiction.com/review.php?id=37930 "Just when they thought the danger was over ... it may have just begun." Darkness Avenged Alexandra Ivy Reviewed by Annetta Sweetko Posted June 14, 2013 Romance Paranormal With Armageddon adverted you would think Santiago would be more than happy to get back to his vampiric life as manager of Viper's Club, but the exuberant atmosphere is not doing a thing to uplift his spirits. He was furious when Nefri, the clan leader who lives beyond the veil, disappeared soon after the Dark Lord was destroyed. He's in a fighting mood so it is only a matter of time before he finds himself fighting the threat of a DARKNESS AVENGED. He goes searching for his old master when the witch who had been helping him comes to the Anasso, Styx, saying that Gaius is still alive and up to no good. In the meantime Nefri is called on by the Oracles and she is sent looking for Gaius on their behalf. It isn't long before they are working together, with the irritating presence of Levet, the miniature gargoyle, and finding themselves against something much worse than even the Dark Lord had been. Also involved against his will is Roke, who is staying in the Annaso's mansion because a clairvoyant saw him in a vision. No one is sure what was to happen, but the boss says stay close so he has no choice. While unhappily playing prison guard he finds himself attracted to and ticked off by the witch, Sally. DARKNESS AVENGED is action packed, filled with brooding vampires, enough heart racing sex to leave you breathless and of course Levet who adds the right touch of comedy, though I don't think he realizes it. The non-stop action with its varied storyline will keep the reader enthralled all the way to the last page. This is a fantastic continuation of the Guardians of Eternity by author Alexandra Ivy. Each book from this series is fresh and filled with unforgettable characters, a lot of emotional upheavals and did I mention gorgeous vampires and a few hunky werewolves. A must read! Added to this book is a bonus novella entitled "Levet" which gives the reader more background information on our favorite gargoyle, who is now trying to get back into the Gargoyle Guild, that is, if he survives his less than loving family. Oh yes ... it is also a very intriguing love story between a vampire Elijah and a nymph named Valla, who both come to Levet's rescue a time of two.
